Has changed owners a couple of times over the last few years, but it is still amazing. Our family switched to electric cars , so haven’t used Deep Cove auto as much as we had in the past. Brought in my Model 3 recently to have the tires rotated, and John suggested that take a closer look at the brakes as they hadn’t been serviced in close to 70k.. and boy am I glad I heeded his suggestion. Though the pads were fine in terms of thickness, the rear right pad had de-laminated and was loose on the backing plate. Brakes could have failed at any time!!! John kept the car and (without telling me) worked on the weekend to have have it ready for me on Monday. They know their electrics here (John worked at Tesla for a few years)… Thank you!!!
